Par of monitors and audio interface

Hi everyone.
I am starting in production/mixing, i will produce dance music, and i have a budget of 1300 euros, to spend in the monitors and in the audio interface.
I saw the krk vxt8 and the adam a7x, and for the audio interface i saw the focusrite pro 24.
I think this audio interface is really good for the money, but if anyone can tells me or advise me others audio interfaces will be good.
About the monitors it is really hard to choose because i cant test before buying.
Adam A7x seems pretty cool and reviews tells that they are really clean, but i dont know about the bass, if they have a good bass level or no.
The krk vxt8 i know that they have a great level of bass and are clear too.
I will mix and produce eletronic music, if any experience producer/dj can give me some opinions and tips to choose the best monitors and audio interface will be really great for me.

I am using the Saffire Focusrite 24 dsp.. It's great , although I have not used any other digital audio interface... I upgrade from a delta 1010. pci card..

but I'm not sure if it's the interface or what lately I have been loosing my interface connection while simultaneously using Itunes and Live together... the lights blink and the connection is lost, usually just rebooting the interface works.
