Sylenth, having one channel play only??

Hi, I'm using Sylenth for a short while now, and get still often confused..
This time I simply panned the first Pan to the left and the second Pan to the right,
but what I'm getting is mono sound, or only one channel playing, it shows the same
on the meter, and in my headphones?? But not sure why it's happening.

Also the tutorial I'm looking at shows sound on both channels.

Could you post a screenshot? I bet it's something simple but hard to tell without seeing.

Seems I'm running on phantom Sylenth, it works just fine now, out of blue.
Err, sorry to bother.
