I have a drum loop which I have warped so it's playing in time with my set. In one section every hit has a warp marker.
There's a small section of drum tail that I want to cause to repitch weirdly. In Live 4 I could move a warp marker left or right, close to one of its neighbours, causing a sudden fluctuation, then it would return to playing in time immediately afterwards, when it hit the next (in time) warp marker.
However, on Live 5, I have found that the loop never regains its timing afterwards and plays slightly behind the beat.
Anyone else?
Aggressive warping causes loop to move out of sync
anyone else? YES!!! HERE!!!!
that`s one of many problems i`ve noticed!

Cool, as long as it's being looked at.
I don't actually have any active work using it at the moment (I sympathise with you tho!), but it's going to be a serious limitation for many until it's fixed. It's a trick I learned from working through the Live 4 tutorials when I first got Live - in many ways a key feature...

yes, its a key feature and it doesn`t work anymore...
i feel like changing from live3 to live4 when there were stutterings with large live3 set open in live4.
i really hope they are aware of this big issue and will fix it soon. i`ve so many loops which i trimmed with great precision using warp markers, and now all of them sound extremely different. my whole music is based on warping the loops
to produce new sounds. if i have to render all loops in live4 for using in live5 my set would grow perhaps from 300mb to 2000mb. i would need weeks for doing that...and i have no time...and perhaps the old problem with large sets would come back...
i`m very disappointed because i want to use this really great new version of live!!!
