Session Mode/Clip launch pad sensitivity
Session Mode/Clip launch pad sensitivity
Hi all,
Here's my first Push related question for you.
When you're in session mode, do any of you find that the sensitivity means that you have to really hit the pads to make them work? I'd like to try my hand at doing some complex clip launching but they just don't seem to be anywhere near as responsive as they are in note mode. This could all just be me but I'd like to know what you guys think about it.
P.S. Everything else so far is really good, I've found that people who don't normally make music can come up with some really interesting ideas and things with little exposure to the device, this means that I can now grab inspiration from anyone which is a huge bonus!

Re: Session Mode/Clip launch pad sensitivity
I think I saw a note in the latest release saying the sensitivity in session mode has been decreased so you dont trigger the slots by accident....
Re: Session Mode/Clip launch pad sensitivity
You can adjust pad sensitivity by holding down user and adjust the corresponding potskiMo wrote:Hi all,

Re: Session Mode/Clip launch pad sensitivity
This only changes the sensitivity of the note/drum views, it does nothing for the session view as far as I can tell. Does this actually work for you?skatr2 wrote:

Re: Session Mode/Clip launch pad sensitivity
I'll have to check. But I was under the impression it affected overall sensitivity.

Did you get a chance to check this on yours?skatr2 wrote:I'll have to check. But I was under the impression it affected overall sensitivity.

Re: Session Mode/Clip launch pad sensitivity
just checked it. looks like it doesn't make a difference. but my pads seem pretty sensitive even on session mode. doesn't take much of a tap to activate the clip.
