How do I get Push to sequence multitimbral external instruments like the Virus?

Also, is there a Max plug in that will allow me to control multiple CCs?

I think I figured out my multitimbral issue. I use multiple External Instruments to send separate midi channels to my Virus. However, only one external instrument has an audio in. That solved that problem for now.

And thank you, yes, I found Henke's CC plug. That's what I was looking for!
