Basic time-stretching in Simpler and/or Sampler

Post by mattverzola » Thu Apr 04, 2013 1:57 am

It would be handy to have a basic time-stretch function in Simpler and/or Sampler. This feature is in Impulse. Would be handy when using Slicing to MIDI so that I could manipulate the pitch of slices without changing their timing. Right now to do this requires a cumbersome workflow of moving the slice of audio to a new Impulse device within the drum rack.

Thanks on the great updates to LIve 9. Having a hotkey to mute notes/clips was always one of my gripes, and I'm very happy you added this.

Yeah warping in simpler/sampler would be awesome.

any ideas for a workaround besides warping clip then consolidating and brining it back into sampler?

Been long requested for years, I dream at night of this feature, but I will add the +1 just to do my part to make this finally fucking happen.
