What CC are the encoders sending on.

I want to control an external synth's parameters via cc, but I'm not sure what number to assign them too because I can't figure out what channel the encoders are sending on.

either way, get yourself a free MIDI monitor app. MIDI-OX for Windows, or MIDI Monitor for Mac.
