Just got the Ableton Live 9 and having a blast!
Quick Newbie Question
Each time I open a new live set I get a drum kit called "Kit-Natural Punch-Stick" that loads too. This isn't normal is it? I know that a blank audio & midi track load normally, but this kit seems to be there every time I start a new arrangement. Any ideas how to get back to default so I don't have to keep deleting it?
Please advice. thanks

Delete the kit, go to preferences and click the button that says "Save current set as default" or something like that.
This is actually really useful because you can make your own template custom set that loads on startup every time.

You can also save defaults for devices and, with Live 9, even tracks.MillsMixx wrote:I figured it was something simple. hey thanks!

Re: Opening a New Live Set in Live 9
Do you know where this customized default set is stored? I reinstalled my Live and want to have my old customized default set back.
First I was happy when I found "DefaultLiveSet.alp" in the \Resources\Versions folder. But this is not the current default but the orginal default provided by the first installation.
What I'm looking for is the position to which my customized default live set is stored.
