Hey.
So i have three MIDI controllers.
APC40
FCB1010
Oxygen49
I've been able to use them all together no problem, until now.
the FCB1010 is connected via MIDI into my audio interface.
The APC 40 must be connected to my macbook pro USB (as apposed to my powered USB hub)
The oxygen 49 has been (successfully) connected USB through the hub.
The problem is that now the Oxygen 49 will not show up in MIDI sync, unless I connect it directly to the macbook pro. It will no longer work with the hub, and neither will my APC40. It worked yesterday.
I have three USB ports on the macbook. One for my interface, one for the APC40, and one for the hub. I need to use the hub, because I use an external monitor which requires a USB wireless mouse. I don't want my laptop opened while I use it.
My entire setup is compromised when I can't use all three devices at once.
Does anybody have any idea as to why this happened or how I can fix it? I have the newest drivers for the Oxygen49 as well.
Problem with MIDI sync.

Re: Problem with MIDI sync.
Is the Hub powered by the Mac or via wall-wart power plug/converter thing? If by Mac you may be running low on power to the USB ports. That's about all I can think of....if you have the wall-wart power plug for hub and it wasn't plugged into it/wall socket, give that a shot.
Or the Hub could be faulty...about all I got man...

Re: Problem with MIDI sync.
I can totally run my APC thru my USB hub
I have thru the powered hub 2 Trigger Fingers, APC40, Remote SL25, and Push all work fine.
I can't seem to find the model I use but it was cheap like $30 US. 7 ports with a power plug.

Re: Problem with MIDI sync.
Thanks for the replies guys.
I do use a wall powered USB hub. But the problem seems to have mysteriously vanished?
I tried what you said, and just put the APC 40 through the hub to see if I could just switch them up, and it worked. For some reason it would be super unresponsive from the hub before. But then I tried putting the Oxygen into the Hub again, and for some reason it showed up in MIDI sync finally. All of my devices did, and now my Roland SP555 works too.. which before it didn't. So strange.
But thanks for helping!
