Really? You want these guys to get chance to spread their wisdom to the world? It's not as if anything they say could justify what they did or somehow lead to the world being a better place.

I hope he lives though. For some reason I'm not sure of.
so he can be punished comes to mind as a decent reason... and so that he can answer a few questions.

i am uncomfortable with the pattern of these accused "masterminds" of this and that type of attack having a tendency to end up dead. do they deserve it? well... if they do... i don't think they deserve to go out in a swarm of tear gas and hot head law enforcement agents or in some blaze of glory. that cowboy shit isn't fitting for cowards who detonate all forms of innocent by-standards IMO. i am of the belief that something more slow and time fed is applicable... BUT i'm saying all that as though these are not patsies a la Lee Harvey Oswald with his amazing gun - of course, we can't ask him where he learned to shoot like that either. :|

so he can exonerate others of his religion, family, culture, country, from getting bombed into oblivion for what he did, its not about spreading wisdom, obviously

and justice? full disclosure

imo a life in a box would be worse than a hot shot, or going down in flames...give him 60 or 70 years to think about it before he dies

Yeah, I take the point. But also wonder if everytime these arseholes go down a a blaze and leave their bullshit views behind it paves the way for the next one.

just gut, but i got a strong feeling the kid was converted/indoctrinated by his older brother...goes like that all the time so they say...remember the DC sniper? like that...now they are coming out with stuff he tweeted just a few days ago, unrelated shit, jayZ lyrics and just...weird

not an excuse by any means, just toward 'understanding'

^ that thought crossed my mind. a big brother is a strong influence... especially when said big brother considers himself pious.

Well maybe he'll talk about how he was indoctrinated and explain how all that works. But I wouldn't get your hopes up too much.

Just came across a potentially huge clue from an alleged youtube account of the older brother:

"The user also created four playlists on the site. One of the playlists is called "Terrorists." It includes two videos, both of which have been removed. Another playlist under the account includes three trance videos. A third is labeled "Islam.""
