Hi.
I've just notice a bug with the auto-arm selected track option activated.
If you want to jam in session view while recording the performance in the arrangement (and eventually in clips in Session), selecting a new track won't arm it.
Step to reproduce:
-(with the auto-arm option activated in the options.txt)
-In Session, arm a track. You can play your instrument ok.
-Launch the global record for the arrange.
-You're track is still armed and if you play (with or without recording the clip also in Session) it will record in the Arrange.
-Now, select a new track...
- It won't auto-arm.
Expected behaviour:
The new selected track should auto-arm.
Everything works ok if you don't record in the Arrange at the same time.
Problem here in 9.0.1. And still here with the latest 9.0.3b3 beta.
(I don't use Push)
(sorry for my ugly english).

[9.0.2] On a Mac, where do I choose "Auto-Arm"? I cannot find it anywhere in the Preferences. It's not working here as well.
MacBook Pro (MacOS 13.0.1) i9 Processor, 32gb RAM, 4tb SSD
(STUDIO I/O) MOTU UltraLite mk5 (w/ADA8200), (LIVE I/O) Behringer X Air XR18

EnjoyRC, we're not talking about the same problem. But, to answer your question, the auto-arm option is not in the preferences. It's in the options.txt file, and you'll easily find info about it on the ableton website if you don't know about it (there's videos explaining it on youtube also).
