Novation Launchkey not showing up?

Just bought Ableton 9.0.2 Live Suite today after getting my Launchkey yesterday and deciding Ableton Live Lite wasn't what I wanted...(build 3-21-13)

I looked here already to try and resolve my issue - https://www.ableton.com/en/articles/Con ... nder-MIDI/

In Ableton Live Lite 8, My Launchkey shows up under Midi Sync in Control Surfaces but for whatever reason in Ableton Live 9, it does not show...

It's weird that it showed up under 8 but not 9...

Has this happened to anyone else

I believe the latest update (9.0.3) added support for the launchkey, unfortunately this is also the update they retracted.

I just installed ableton 8.02..and My Launchkey 49 is not there in the list...any help?

I contacted support and they said they were "working" to resolve it. I instaled the BETA version and it shows up but doesn't fully function. I'm just able to use the keys, not any of the sliders or knobs or launch buttons on it...
Frustrating I spend over $700 for this stuff and then get told it isn't supported right now....

Same here. I didnt spent that much money altogether, but wanted to know if it is running in Live 9 Trial. It shows up, i can play keys and play the drumpads like the keys. thats all.

I tried Reason 7 demo version, this works best at the moment, every mapping they described in the novation daw guide. Would be NICE if Ableton could do the trick as well.
