What is best configuration for Audio performance on Macbook Pro? Should I put ALL my audio files on external HD.? If so, is this faster than the internal 7200RPm drive I have now? My concern in using external drive is that it will be slower in retrieving audio files than internal? I cant decide if my new Mac should have a Fusion Drive or just SSD with external HDD drive.
P.s.
WOuld it be better to put the Ableton Library on external drive??
MY external drive is 1TB, connected via USB..
