Anybody with an FC-200 foot controller ??? need the manual

I just got hands on a FC-200 Roland foot controller to trigger clip recording in Live 2.03 ( mac osx) Unfortunately I don't have any user manual to program it and Roland web ressources are VERY THIN ON THE SUBJECT . Could any body with same foot controller give me the hints on how-to-program this device for Live (Midi note on selection, MIDI channel selection,...) ?
