M4L MIDI Lib - Unrestricted MIDI I/O
I've just posted a beta version of a cross-platform MIDI library (written in Java) for unrestricted MIDI input/output in M4L devices and would appreciate some help testing it out.
You can find a download link and post feedback on the library in this thread on my forum.
Thanks in advance.

No, you shouldn't create it. It should be created upon installing the Java runtime. I assume you can find the Library directory, so which part of the file path can you not find? And which OS X version are you using?

I tried a similar set of java objects before and they did not do what I wanted them to. I think it was something to do with not being able to specify more than one output channel, something like that - was a long time ago. Will definitely check these out to see if they work. I ended up going down the OSC route in the end for inter patch communication. Thanks for the link!

To those of you who have downloaded the library, please let me know if you've had any trouble using it. One user has mentioned having some trouble with it, but this appears to be related to mxjs in general. In any case, I'd like to get the library as solid as possible, so any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
