Help needed for a movie title.

Couple of clues;
- a small dinner party, present time that gets bad visitors torturing the guest 8 people or so)
- one guy gets a plastic bag over his head and gets shot in the skull
- halfway the movie switches to medieval times
- in medieval times there are also people tortured
- b or eveb c movie

This is a light guess but i think it had something to do with a bloodline or relic.

Ah no. But it looks like it. The movie I'm looking for is from around 2000 to 2002 I think.. It's splitted in two parts. First part present time, second part middle ages.
