APC40

Hey guys everytime i launch a clip, it does not light up. when i turn on my apc40 the only ones that light up are the knobs and buttons from the track control section. Help? already tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

did u see the colored frame in session view? (8x5 clips)

Yes! at first it was orange and then it turned to red after moving the apc40 in control surfaces from #2

Yes!

It RANDOMLY lights up some clip buttons

shows up as Apc40 in device manager too

I'd suggest downloading a MIDI monitor to see if the APC40 is sending messages across...

That is prior to returning it to the shop you bought it from!

downloaded midiox and looks like the apc40 isnt popping up... it should automatically detect it once i open up the input monitor right?

yeah at first it was plugged in the front usb port but ive moved it to the rear port before i uninstalled and installed it again
