Macro Mapping Help

So i'm working on this kick layer rack... and cut off the low end of the subby kick at 200 and mapped it to macro 1, is there a way i can make the macro knob lock so the knob doesnt pass 200 hz and i'm only altering those frequencies under 200? appreciate it
