I'm new to music making & producing & need for a good music maker or beat maker to make beats like Daft Punk, anyone know what I should start with? I'm on a low budget but don;t want to buy some crappy software lol
Thanks!

A Dave Smith Industries Tempest and an Arturia Minibrute is what you seek.
If monies are an issue, Ableton Live 9 Suite and YouTube is what you seek.

That's all trivial tho. Depends on which era Daft Punk you want to sound like.
My favorite is Homework Daft Punk. Then you'd need regular ole analog gear and need to learn it well enough to exploit the gear.
Random Access Memory Daft Punk, one synth with vocoder, a talk box, one standard drum kit, and a jazz guitarist.
But I would recommend Ableton Live Suite. Hands down.

Watch plenty of tutorials and read read read. Find what's best for you.
I started with all Korg hardware and eventually turned to Live. And I love it.
