still no syncing of two simple 4/4 tracks

hi all, when playing with the 1.0 demo i could not figure out how to beatmatch two simple 4/4 tracks. i did everythimg i could do and mailed the tech support a couple of times. they allways awsered my question very fast, but just never with the right answer.... No i try again. I Really want this thing to work, but still no succes...
What is the way to beatsync two simple technoish files?
i know i have to set the master timing before i drag in the soundfiles...do i need to use loopmarkers? do i have to place them in the original file: say with soundforge?

I read all the tutorials, learned a lot and found out that i was full of shit!! 8]

You place the warpmarkers (shifting them) so the beat info in the clip view shows the correct bpm value. In a techno track, the warp markers should be pretty much on the bass drum as there is not much musical information otherwise I reckon.
