Try and stay off cigs. They are shit. I own a bar and have to be there 2-3 nights a week. Gave up over a year ago (after 30 a day for 10 years) but I'm still surrounded by smokers all the time. After 8 months completely off succumbed and am now on 4-8 cigs a month... normally after I've drank more that my own weight in lager. Not bad.

They really should be banned outright. Nasty, nasty, nasty little bastards. Wish I never startd in the first place. Young & dumb.

Keep it up folks! I have asthma myself and although I don't personally hate people for smoking I do hate not being able to go to clubs and other places where the smoke is so thick you can't even see the beer.

Good thing they banned smoking in public places where I live - life is so much better for folks like myself.

I did get Live 5 and even Operator and I can tell you that working your way to it is worth every step of the way. It's a marvellous piece of software.

Here in Sweden cigs were banned in restaurants and pubs etc some month ago and it feels very OK.
Still, being a former smoker, I do like the smell sometimes, like when someone on a street smokes and I might follow him to get some feeling of it.

When I'm 75 and still healthy I just migh start to smoke again - and then it will be a pipe and some good smelling tobacco, but until then - nope.

yeah well when i stopped smoking weed i noticed that the coffee is REALLY STRONG!!!
and i dont actually like the effect...
ok i just came back from the party
feel like a right geeky weirdo typing all this crap in..
ok i made a slip up...

i didnt smoke but i drank a small amount
two or three sangrias, some beer, some tequilla and some vodka
not much really..
and someone gave me 1 line of coke...
i feel a bit bad but then i dunno
you should never be too hard on yourself i think....
it was weird the whole party was all people smoking
there wasnt many people not smoking .....
i didnt know what to do at first
and then i thought - drink that must be the answer...
quite a few people tried to tempt me
but my smoking test worked at least
no one managed it ! HA!!!

keep goin brothers of the smoke less...

It is unfair because a smoker is a drug addict and many drug addicts are intelligent.
Im not saying smoking is good, but we should bear in minddthat these poeple are addicted to a highly addictive substance and its not so easy to stop. if your a heroin additc theres all sorts of help available.

gods knows what its called aint got a clue with beethoven...

Today and last night I have been wanting to smoke. The physical part is over but the mental part has been kicking in.

Day 6 now (soon), if I remember correctly.
I had a beer at a pub nearby and just had to have something to eat (freedom fries with bloody dip).
I'm drinking more (Roger that???), some terror balance.
But not going back.

There will be a "before and after smutek" timescale from now on.
