The name of the software is Live. It seems dedicated to live performance. In this situation why building crash report could take 30/100 of your stage time?
This function is very important and I like to send my report, but its insane to lose stage time by building crash report .
sometimes live try to build the same report gain and again.. last weekend we lose 30 min of show at waiting crash report builds...feel like ableton not respect the users for this report stuff.
Live need to let the user toggle between crash report on / off. Studio time : on. live time : off.
It's a non sense to lose so many stage time at building those reports, its absolutely not professional.
We use live since v1 and we teach live and max for years but we start looking for another environment like Usine cause we can't go on stage with Live cause of this crash report aggression.
I'm sad to leaving live but if crash report couldn't be turned of we have no alternative.

Re: Crash report on/off
Easily fixed...add DisableAutoBugReporting to your options.txt
Re: Crash report on/off
Few weeks ago I was asking ab team about a way to disable it, and at this time it was no way to disable it. Thank you for the triks Wj! I will do it for stage time and I will continue sending report that happen during studio time.
Fixed! Happy end

No problem, perhaps you could create two user accounts, one for live and one for stage...each with respective options.txt edited?Vresky wrote:Few weeks ago I was asking ab team about a way to disable it, and at this time it was no way to disable it.
