HELP - Lost most of my max audio and midi devices?

I opened up ableton today, and randomly I have lost some audio files (I think they were connected with alp) and I have also lost nearly all max audio and midi effects?

Can anyone help me to get them back?

Bump? Can anyone help me to find where they have gone?

I only have 5 'Max Audio Effects' - where have they all disappeared to?

All of my Packs appear to have gone missing as well.
