Thanks for the reply! I've actually found one that does this and much more - Cthulhu from Cfer Records. Appreciate the help though!

Thanks, quite interesting. Nice that the dev mentions the source for the algorithms.

Yes - you're right of course. Any you might recommend? Particularly with an electronic music slant?

Pop Piano Book is an oldie but goodie.

It kind of requires knowing how to read but you can buy midi/audio files for reference as well.
