Used to be one of these in the common room where I went to college. I new it's every little foible and could take it round the clock several times even without cheating.
It had a device where the ball would land in hole and score about 5000 before it got spat out again with a loud bang, If you held both flippers it drained enough power so it would stick in the hole and keep clocking up points and free games so you could play all day for 10 pence.

And I would let you! Haha. Yeah, I gotta get out there and check this one out sometime. Don't really know anyone in that area right now though. Guess I'm stuck with 106 bottles instead.

What a great place! Are those tables playable?
yes, Pin Bot is nice. Haven't tried the High Speed.

oh yeah, everything is playable except for one or two of the ones from the 30's that are roped off. The place is really fun. you play a flat fee (i think it was 12$ last time i went in about a year ago) to go in and can stay as long as you like. everything is on free play except for a few brand new tables that are in the museum lobby.
high speed is a very simple modern table and very fun to play. I enjoy some of the crazy million different shots kind of tables like "tales of the arabian nights" but sometimes a simple game is best.

one of the coolest tables at the pacific pinball museum is wotan or maybe it's called fireball. Anyway it's one of the coolest wedge head era tables i have ever played and they had it restored to near perfection. I think ballys made a few versions of the table, but the one at the museum was an early 70's one with this spinning rubber disk in the middle that occasionally spins the ball off in a crazy direction. really great table.

Sounds amazing! I want to go there if ever crossed that area.

yes, I love simpler tables too. That's one of the exciting point from the Pinball Arcade Collection. It has a good balance of complex and simpler tables. Other than that, I like "Imaginative" table like those from Zen Pinball. But nothing can beat the sensation of playing a real table.

If it's made by Bally, there's a possibility for a remake of the digital version for Pinball Arcade series. What amazing is that the collection is always growing, and they did an amazing work of simulating the real table youtu.be/XZdO1kTFjK0
