Hi,

I've just purchased an Impulse 25. I have Ableton Live Lite 8 and have configured the device. When the Impulse is on, and I load a device/instrument, I can see on the display on the Impulse that it's recognised. However, it doesnt seem to be able to input anything. Ive been through the automap config, I've set the control surface input and output as advised.

I have had it working the once. I was getting the yellow indicator in the top right, but for some reason it no longer works.

There's a button somewhere, that I'm missing, I know it's going to be simple and hopefully it is something I'm doing wrong. I am a complete and total n00b at Ableton but I can't find where I'm going wrong :s

(on the device I've pressed the Arm Session recording button, I've played with buttons on the Impulse. No Joy)

Are you using automap 4?

restart Live with Impulse powered up/hooked up

make sure "remote" in ON in the prefs/midi-sync page (impulse should be showing in the lower part of that area too...)

Latest version of Automap is running, and it recognises that the Impuls is plugged in. I've tried unplugging it, plugged it back in and restarting PC. I've re-installed the 64bit USB driver for the Impulse. Remote is set to ON on the impulse, I've followed the automap instructions
