Dynamic Cross fading Orchestral Instruments Live 9

Hey

Hope someone has the knowledge:

I'm looking to make the mod wheel on my SL MKII control the dynamic range of my orchestra.
I saw that you could press a key and then use the mod wheel to scroll through the volume range of the multi sampled instrument, i.e. from quiet to loud in a smooth motion to add realism without taking my finger off the keyboard.

Not sure what to do or what to map the wheel to?

I'm guessing it doesn't do this type of thing and if not does anyone know if the Orchestral Ensemble by ProjectSam can?
