When you install the 2.03 update, i'm a bit confused because it makes it so that 2.03 and 2.0 are seperate programs in seperate folders. It's kinda annoying. Also, after the update and a crash during a song, it takes a long time to start Live and it's all glitchy. Should i reinstall? or just reinstall the update?

our update are not a classical update in the sens of patching an already existing version. The update is a full programm that is installed parallel to any other installed versions. If don't need the older version you can uninstall them.
Please tell me more about the long time to start and what you mean with "glitchy". Don't forget to say to which computer & audio hardware you use.
