CPU above 100%?

I have a UAD. I had a pluginbuffer of 128 and the system was running at 256. Ichanged the value to As audio buffer size.

It crashed the first time, and after this now i see the CPu bar at 112, 130 and somites 160 %. It makes some clicks sometimes but i works pretty fine too.

Is this normal? Why?

something is really taxing your cpu. Its not a great thing, since the cpu will begin to drop samples over 100%

The thing is actually i don´t hear so many clicks, comparing when i was 90% with the current 140%..and i get the feeling that i have more power

weird...
