Most of these anti-American claims are unsubstantiated and demonstrably false. I do however agree with Myrnova when he states that "the USA country have to pay for hospitals". This is true, and indeed verifiable by anyone with:

Use a Youtube Downloader. I use one called ImTOO YouTube HD Video Converter VideoDownloader. Has a built in browser - you search and find the video(s) you're interested in, click 'em and queue 'em up, and they download as .avi's in the background to a folder you specify. Then you can watch 'em on your pc free of friggin ads. That's the only way I'll use Youtube.

Oh I can download them no problem, just a pita when it's for every single little 2 min video I watch
