64 Pads to 64 Notes / Pad Mapping?

Post by 10110101 » Sun Jul 28, 2013 7:35 pm

Is there any way to set the 64 pads on the Push to equal 64 individual non-repeating notes, without going into user mode? Also is it possible to map plug-in parameters to pads as you do with the macro knobs?

Hold Shift+Scale. There is an option for non-repeating. Then just choose Scale to decide if you want it 64 in key, or chromatic notes.

Perfect thanks. Now if I can only figure out how to map parameters to the pads.

@yur2die4: No idea how I managed to miss that one, thanks a lot! Just a little addition, you have to press Scales first and then hold Shift (choose "Sequent^" or "Sequent>").

Since you are not able to MIDI map in Push mode afaik there is no way around m4l to do this. If you own m4l you can use Parameter Masher which is made for such tasks. Should you need help for setting it up feel free to ask here: viewtopic.php?f=55&t=195188.
