Live crashes on first load up, then works okay after

Apologies if this has come up before, maybe someone can direct me if so...

Having an issue that Live doesn't open up cleanly, it crashes on first load up.

Do you think it could be a vst / au conflict or something?

Anyone know some good steps to troubleshoot?
