Performance tests? A user group maybe? Why not just start by bellying-up and registering with one name or even better your real name and have the guts to stick to it.

Reading your posts on this forum has been so helpful to my goal of building the computer music system of my dreams & learning how to use it. I'll be very disappointed if you don't come to the Live forum anymore.

I'm unaware of what this is all about, but to be honest that doesn't matter to me. In my experience you've always been respectful, told it like it is (was) & been willing to help people with your vast (I mean VAST) knowledge.

If you have to go I understand. Just know that you'll be missed.

You are a righteous individual, and in many ways you have helped lead this forum away from the path of utter hell. If you say you are taking off I have no choice but to believe it, but I, and many others are all hoping that you come back.

I would still love to come check out one of your sets sometime, and perhaps sit in on a IALUG meeting one day.

I don't blame you for taking off, as I can imagine the new generation of users will open up a floodgate of bullshit. However, there is no reason to blame them for any of this.

Very sorry to see all this drama as well as seeing you leave the forum, though I can't say that I frequent it myself as much as I used to when I was gainfully employed.. hehe. Also I'm quite astonished to see that someone has been plotting at length for your internet "downfall" after being embarassed on osxaudio.com (which, fwiw, I thought was funny as hell). These are the type of people that think of great comebacks for arguments with their ex's weeks after getting dumped.

Ah well, if he wants his stupid conspiracy, he can have it. The rest of us will hopefully just continue to enjoy live5.

And ultimately, I agree with you... it's better just to walk away altogether rather than have your name dragged through the mud by these lame internerd bickerings.

I dunno man? I've gone to bat for you on OSXAudio when you made an ass of yourself attacking another member. Had a long conversation with Heritage about your banning etc. though I understood why......

I've had people say all kinds of juvenile bullshit about me, simly because we didn't agree about some thing..... it's the fucking internet, the mental equivelant of a cracked out 8 year old.

I don't take anything anybody says that has any amount of emotional charge to it seriously, they do not know me, and we are in fact not even having a full conversation. We are simply sending short notes to each other....

this whole thing is silly though, you love Live, and you're not going to be able to stay away, I would bet on that! Especially with OSXAudio down!
