Assigning audio inputs?

So I've been playing around with my Push for a few days now, liking it a lot.
Can I add an audio track and assign one of my soundcard's inputs to it via the Push?
If so, please explain to me how, because I've been unable to find that feature.

Press and hold add new track - from the display select audio - an audio track will be created. As for as your audio inputs, if you have grouped them individually and saved to your user folder hey will be available to select in your preset folder when you hit browse.

As an alternative you could use PXT-Live which has a section dedicated to selecting and assigning inputs from Push.

Could you or someone else let me know how I can group my audio inputs and save them to my user folder? Thanks in advance

Unfortunately, as of yet we cannot load a set file (.als) which then, would make this very easy to do.

I have no idea what kind of track you want to create, so for now lets say you have a synth connected to your audio interface inputs 1+2 that you would like to save as a preset.

-Create a midi track and insert an "External Instrument" on it.
-In the External Instrument select your keys for the "Midi To" and below this select the audio inputs it uses (1+2)
-Tap on the title bar of the External Instrument and rename it. (Command R)
-Now right click and the title bar and select Group. Expand the Group and rename this also. (Your keys are now nested inside the External Instrument. This is a midi track which provides audio at the same time from your audio interface)
-Highlight the title bar of the Group and drag this to your User Library/Presets folder, (you can add any fx to this group and save it.)

The next time you create a new track (Midi) from Push it will be available in the Instruments/Others folder. Your track/channel will load as you saved it.
I've done this with my mic, but only saved the grouped rack, I then have to select the inputs on the audio track.
You can drag the whole track and save it but it creates a .als (Set file) Push does not see this as of yet. That's brief and hope it was clear.
