iPad
Re: iPad
MacProVideo released a free AU plugin for streaming their tutorial videos in a DAW. It works the same as their web streaming page. The main advantage is when open it plays over the DAW so you can still work in the DAW without bouncing between different applications to also watch the tuts.

Re: iPad

I like Cook’s jacket.
Also always find it funny when high profile people who are easily recognizable still have to sport a name tag at an event. "So um, Tim, you're with who and do what?"
Re: iPad
Tim.
Anybody else sometimes think high profile people and celebrity’s first name doesn’t seem quite right without the last name tacked onto it. Kevin Spacey doesn’t look like a Kevin. Al Sharpton doesn’t look like an Al. Denis Leary doesn’t look like a Denis.

PRO TIP: Getting a new iPhone doesn’t mean your old iPhone is a useless brick. It still makes a perfectly usable iPod Touch.

You know my favorite part about Tim Cook? He's gay. So now every time some douchebag tries to do the whole "Lol! turtleneck, coffee shop, fag!" routine it's now officially a hate crime!beats me wrote:

Also Steve Balmer quit and no one noticed.
Re: iPad
Funny how Wall Street thinks Apple can’t survive without Jobs and now they think Microsoft can’t do anything but improve without Ballmer. A tale of two Steves.
Microsoft kind of fell asleep for the better part of a decade.
Even people who hate Apple have to admit that they forced everybody to wake up and innovate. Before the iPhone, iPad, and Macbook Airs competitors could just skate by with spec bumps. Now people who only trumpeted specs before are constantly throwing around the word “innovative”, whether its claiming Apple isn’t doing it or that it defines their competitor product of choice.

Re: iPad
And what fitting proof that the system is broke. Ballmer quits because he is failing. Wall Street rewards him with this announcement by increasing the stock value and therefor his personal wealth.

Re: iPad
New apps on Apple TV!
Vevo – music videos
Weather Channel – self-explanatory and who cares
Smithsonian Channel – on-demand access to their documentary shows
Disney Channel – on-demand and live streaming with authentication from cable provider
Apple better introduce a way to remove or hide apps you don’t want to use on an Apple TV other than the work around of using parental control to hide them. The shit is getting crowded. It's like buying a standard bloatware PC.
But yeah, run out and get the more affordable $30 Chromecast instead just so you can stream Youtube and Netflix (which you can also do on an Apple TV) from any device!
