Push encoders sometime not working

Hello,

In certain cases when going deeper in a Rack or in an instrument device parameters, I can see the parameters in Push's screen, but when I turn some of the knobs, nothing happens on most of them... The value stays fixed.

This happens from time to time, but is really annoying...

Did someone else noticed this ? I went thru the forum and didn't noticed anny similar issu...

Some help/advice would be greatly appreciated.

Usually, those parameters are mapped to the first macro screen when you hit the device button "The Most Useful"… From this you can add more macros and map to your hearts content. Not everything in every device you add is mapped…

I really though that with push and "IN" button, one could reach every parameters of an instrument or effect...

What Lyovino means is that you cannot adjust any parameter that has been mapped to a macro (unless of course you adjust the macro), whether using the Push or the mouse. This is why they're not moving. It's just the way Live works.

Adjust those parameters from the initial macro screen, or unmap it, or make your own rack.
