bam
Ableton’s Dennis DeSantis gave attendees a demo of three upcoming features:
1. Dual-monitor support, finally allowing you to see Arrangement and Session Views side by side
2. More functionality in Push, including step sequencing of melodies (not just drums), and step sequencing of automation
3. Improved rendering when downsampling

to be followed by much bemoaning for not having the same feature on a single monitor.

I'm especially curious to possibly catch a vid demo of this automation step sequencing feature.
That is a very handy tool on Maschine. Having it on Push would overwhelm me with excitement.

+1, personally never really cared about dual screen (always used the second for vst's), but Im real interested to see what changes in push are coming. I assume the new step sequencing is the big one but Im wondering what small ones are out there. Fingers crossed for assignable touch strip, or at least modwheel usage, the one thing I desperately want

Thats 3 things I don't need even the slightest bit. I wonder what else might be thrown in there?
It was as if someone shook up a 6 foot can of blood soda and suddenly popped the top.

I wonder if there'll be a closeout sale on the m4l dual monitor device.
Actually, if I recall from the video, I think there may have been a few unique features on their latest version.
