how can i get poor bad quality from ableton !

hey guys i want when i'm going to expor track to have them in poor and bad quality !!! do i make it with no dethering or what ?

are you saying you want to export it without any positive changes in audio quality resulting from dithering/normalisation, or are you saying you want the output recording to sound really shitty? if the latter, lower the sample rate when you export.
