display screen has glitched

i bought my ableton push a little over a month ago and last week while i was playing with my push i looked down and my display screen shows random numbers and letters and symbols. i tried unplugging and rebooting same problem it is permanently like this im not sure whats going on. i sent an email to ableton about this problem and have not received any response its been almost a week.. you think when you spend that much money on a brand new product you would at least get a response. anyway the push still functions correctly but the display is messed up. anyone els have this problem!!!??? Help!!!!????

Im not sure if there is but is there a way to initialize it?

and in all honesty im not surprised at the lack of response they're too busy trying to do their push tour to bring new people in that they probably forgotten about the people that have already bought in to it. I had a recent LCD problem where the left half of my screen was considerably dim than the right side. it eventually corrected by itself but hell if they care.

im going to return it for a new one if i can. happened again and i tried tapping on the casing and it would make the leds on that side flicker and pulse. not happy at all. it's only about two weeks old.
