Damn! Well I decided to go for the Airmotiv 5's but sadly they don't have the 120v AC.
I talked to a rep and they said it will be longer than a month until they stock up.

I have the 6's; used to have ADAM A7's and Genelec 1030A's before the ADAM's

These have to be worth checking out.

Otherwise, the Rokits always seem to fair well in these threads where price point is set at your budget. I have M-Audio Bx5a monitors, in your price range... but they're bass heavy. There is a newer version though that may be better. I have to say CR78 has my interest peaked on the airmotiv route....
On voltage, yeah... It's country specific.
