(even with latest NI bug fix) Mac OS Panther
When I'm loading certain patches, I get a "file not found searching database" error that I don't get in other apps. The system just hangs, cancel doesn't work, and Live crashes.
The files are out there in Finder, so I know there isn't really a file problem, and other hosts run Kontakt without that problem.
Anybody else finding this? Anybody found a solution?

Native Instruments are even surpassing themselves in their utter uselessness on Macs these days... I installed the "Tiger hotfix" of Battery 2.1 and it broke all my instances of Battery by disabling all the individual outputs in Logic and Live. Piece of shit.
I'm planning to spend this weekend investigating some other options for beats. I gave up on Kontakt many moons ago for similar reasons.
