Live 9 sluggish

Hi,

Ive got about 50 or so tracks going. Should be nothing much for my PC (i7 3930 3.2ghz, 16g ram).

Ill be working on a track and save it, then when I reopen it, live is all sluggish, really really slow. Ive got no idea why.

Last time I had this problem it was a plugin that I added. However, this time it cannot be, because I havent added any new plugins, just played around with existing ones and it was working fine before.

Im only using one plugin outside of the ableton stock devices (massive)

Anyone have any thoughts?

Ive narrowed it down to an m4l device ;/

Do you have the latest version of M4L ? Updating helped me when I had a problem with a certain M4L device.
