Found the cause of these bugs in 5.0.1: Sonic Synth 2

Hi,

About half the time Sonic Synth 2 does not produce any sound when receiving midi data. When this happens and I try to close Live, I the "serious error" occured dialog.

Some times when I try to drop a clip from the session view to the arrangement view, live freezes up. This has also happened when I've tried to insert silence. This only occurs when I have an instance SS2 so far.

I'm running on a P4 3ghz with a gig of ram. Both of these issues did not occur when I was running Live 4.1.3. Let me know if I can provide any more information.

I have also seen SS2 also just drop out while I'm working on a song. It starts working, but will stop for no reason. I have not seen any pattern to when this occurs..

i just got my first bad crash in live5 with sampletank 2 free korg edition i've been using. i've noticed it sometimes causes serious cpu hits with l5 and yesterday it crashed the whole damn program.

sonik synth 2 uses the same st2 engine. and come to think of it, sweetjesus did complain about sampletank 2 probably causing his problems too...

i think there's a clear pattern.
