hi, is there a way from within the clip view window, with the mouse, to pinpoint a particular spot in the clip
and shortcut 'snap' either rt. or lft. loop brace, rather than to nudge or drag the markers?
i often have the clip view window smaller than the clip length and the loop brace exceeds the visible clip view.
i often want the loop brace reset to somewhere inside the visible clip view, and
dragging/arrow keying them takes forever, and it's impossible to see
where one is in the process.
being able to snap it to a desired spot would be great..
anybody know of anything in this regard?

Re: Keyboard Shortcut for 'snapping' loop braces?
If I understand you right, marking a section with the mouse and preissing Crtl + l (PC, I guess Cmd + l on Mac, l as in Loop) should do the job.

Re: Keyboard Shortcut for 'snapping' loop braces?
hi,
ok, tried that out..
thanks, you are right, selecting a section of the clip, and cmd + l will mark that selection with loop braces.
but is there a way to only snap to a single new loop marker only,
as in, when a loop selection is existing, and i want to snap to a new loop beginning marker only, or vice versa..without altering the other marker??
i can only seem to incrementally alter the loop end marker or the whole loop via various keys and or the arrow keys.
when the brace is not selected, but only the loop begin marker is, thats the only way i can see to alter the loop beginning marker,
but only in very small increments..very slow..
any hints gratefully appreciated!
