SESSION VIEW MOVING ON ITS OWN

I have recently notice in session view 9.1, that when I slide the bar over to view channel 15 or up it wont let me view it and slides back to track 1. I can't edit or play from 15 up because it keeps sliding back to the left! IS there a way to turn this off?

I am on w-7 64 bit, track pad, I dont know of any other scrolling method for the slide bar beneath the tracks in session view? All I know , you click on the bar and slide it. It wont function properly for me. keeps moving back to the left towards channel 1.

I have also had this issue on rare occasions, never solved it.
