Timestretching in drum rack?

Timestretching in drum rack?

Is there a way to timestretch or warp a sample in a drum rack? I often slice audio for sampling into a MIDI drum rack, and wish I knew of an easier way to warp the audio without having to record it.

Long story short, not in a simple or automatic way.

I was afraid so. Perhaps this can get moved to the Feature Wishlist forum. I just don't know how to do that.
