hello,
I am trying to figure out how to send audio from other channels to the in-ear monitors of the drummer. I'm not sure exactly how to route that. I am using a RME babyface as an interface if that factors in at all. thank you!

One of a few possible ways is to create a Retirn track for the drummer. Send that output to Ext, Out instead of Master, and choose the specific outputs for their phones.
Then, any audio that you want transmitted through, can simply be mixed via Send knobs.

Also, there is "Cue" mode -- On your master fader channel, you can set alternative outputs for the cue/solo button. When you do this, and click the "Solo/Cue" button on the bottom of the channel, you lose the ability to solo a track, and gain the ability to send it to this alternate output (think DJ mixer).
The return track is also a good idea, if you don't want to lose the ability to solo!
