Much love & respect for computer based production/arrangement/etc. however as of late I've been bouncing pieces of material out & reconstructing/writing exclusively within the Elektron Octatrack & Analog Four. The marriage between the two is phenomenal & I feel nestled right back into my production roots of the past. I've learned the most essential issue with DAW production is the interfacing & I'm sure many of you will agree. The endless pro's & con's & arguments of the limitations within hardware sampling/sequencing. Maybe I'm just too old school for todays standards & perhaps I've had one too many occasions of being labeled as a DJ rather a musician just because a laptop was present. Anyhow here's a slice of shameless self promotion - A track titled "CasuaLTea" - All sounds/arrangement/sequencing being conducted by the OT & A4 recorded live. Cheers to the new year & inspiringly new workflows

This is good. I like it a lot. There a whole bunch of stuff going on all at once and it all works together really well. The beat is crisp and has some nice variations. The Gregorian chanting (ok maybe its not really Gregorian) really sets a moody theme, this would be great for a movie.
If Soundcloud wouldn't log me out every time I leave I would have followed on the spot, but alas I had to add the page to my favorites instead and when I get around to finding my Soundcloud password I'll follow then. I look forward to checking out your other music when I have more time. Thanks for sharing.
