I like it a lot. :)

For whatever reason whenever I hear people going all hardware I think they're either making bleep blip music or songs that don't go anywhere. I know that may sound odd since everything began with hardware, but considering software is almost limitless and I assume DAW arranging is a lot easier, I don't think a lot of hardware owners push the boundaries of what you came up with there. They just have it cause they like twisting knobs or don't believe software can match analog hardware. So bravo. :)

Sorry if I offended other hardware users. :x

NICE!

i really dig all the quick drum change ups peppered in there... makes it sound more organic.

extra kudos for the hardware factor!

Thanks! Organic sums it up beautifully. Thats the pure intention behind most of my drum production. Its too easy to glitch & takes real soul effort to make it flooowww

I am knee deep in it as I type. Might have carry it to close to end of month before I post, but i'm feeling it so far. Jan is off to a creative and inspired month, all nice like. Creativity and inspiration are my sentiments to you guys for the upcoming year....along with health, harmony, prosperity, whirled peas, etc...

Just an idea for a track. A few hours back with my machines after too long a time away.

Starts very dramatically and with lots of energy but then it just barrels on and on with no letup. How about some quieter moments? It would keep the drama flowing.

I like how it starts out all mellow and a little before the drums come in (is that a "drop"? I don't fucking know) the sounds take on characteristics that remind me of late 70's/early 80's horror movie music and with the drums they have more of a throbbing and breathing quality (is that "organic"? I don't fucking know). Keep working on it!

Yeah, it's a bit hectic. I would also suggest some quieter moments but I have no clue how you would bring it down from that pace and then back up. Maybe toy with only having 2 or 3 tracks playing at a time for a section to hear what works and then build up from there.

As ill Gates says, all you need to make music is an eraser and scissors. Use the eraser. Just cut some stuff out suddenly. On bar 81. Just lose all your percussion. See what it sounds like. You might be surprised at the results.
