Broken arturia minibrute

This is random but has any one ran into the problem of the -1 &+1 led lights flashing and no sound or function at all on your minibrute. If so please help arturia takes forever to reply on their site.

try re-installing / updating firmware?

I can't update the firmware because when I plug in my minibrute it doesn't show up as "connected". So I'm stuck. Arturia's customer service is pretty bad as well:(

It was the power supply if anyone cared to know. It's up and running now with a spare power supply I found at my house! :)

Better than an "internal power supply". At least it was easily replaceable.

Being a hardware synth you couldn't possibly expect someone to power from a USB port?
